Music Library Database |
Getting started
1. Get Search-Optimized Music Libraries on your Server
CND first coordinates with the music libraries your company uses to deliver all of your music in search- and reporting- optimized formats. Your music libraries are then made accessible on a your server in the Music Library Database (MLDB).
2. Search, Audition, Transfer to Workstation:
Once your MLDB is set up, an unlimited number of editors and music supervisors can search all libraries with a “Google-style” Boolean full-text search. You may also opt for the advanced search mode so you can limit your search within particular fields, such as a Category, Mood or Tempo. Auditioning music is instant and comes with waveform overview. CND offers an intuitive web interface (NetMixWeb) for music supervisors as well as powerful client software (NetMix Pro) for editors who need direct integration with AVID, Final Cut Pro, Pro Tools, Nuendo, Fairlight and many more.
3. Manage Projects and Access:
With the Project Manager, music supervisors, producers and editors can organize music into projects and then coordinate collaborative production enterprise-wide. Administrators control access to the database with User Management and can generate usage reports.
4. Automated Cue Sheet Reporting:
CND provides accurate and automated cue sheet reporting that works with every music library in your MLDB. *
5. CND Serviced Systems:
CND can service your system with technical support, automatic updates, backup and remote maintenance.
