Jonathan Deans is one of the most sought-after sound designers in the musical theatre world.

Jonathan Deans, the man who designed the sound for Cirque du Soleil spectacles Zumanity, Ka, O, Mystere, and La Nouba is working on a number of new shows, including another new production for Cirque du Soleil at the Mirage in Las Vegas. He has over thirty years experience with productions worldwide, including theatrical credits on Broadway. He is known for his advanced audio applications for theater and likes to try something different in nearly every production to further his design knowledge and experience. He is currently a visiting professor at UCLA teaching an MFA in Theater Sound Design.
